Such an inspiring audition on the X-Factor....I am rooting for this girl to go places!

STORY: Jillian Jensen from Rochester, MA was severely bullied through middle school and high school. Jillian’s bullies would tell her she wasn’t any good and wasn’t going to make it anywhere. Despite her past, Jillian pushed through and the bullying didn’t stop her from auditioning on The X Factor. After receiving a confidence boost from the judges, Jillian sings ‘Who You Are’ by Jessie J. Her song leaves the audience and judges, even Simon Cowel, in tears as they applaud her performance

If you didn’t cry during Jillian Jensen’s X Factor Season 2 audition, you might just be cold. The Rochester, MA teen bared her soul to the judges (and the audience), opening up about her struggles with bullying before beautifully belting out Jessie J’s “Who You Are.” Demi was moved to tears, as was (wait for it) perpetual meanie Simon Cowell. In short: Jillian’s going places.

After Jillian’s audition (during which we cried approximately 18 times), Demi pulled the teen aside backstage and gave her a thoughtful, heartfelt pep talk. As the show aired, Demi took to Twitter to again gush about her protege:

X Factor Contestant Jillian Jensen

"One of my favorite auditions of the season. This girl is so talented, brave, and inspiring."

If you missed this audition, please check it out below! It is surely worth every second of your time it takes to watch it from beginning to end. Enjoy!
